Sisters,
I'd like to Thank you for coming to our Service Auction. I think everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed a little competition. Thank you for your time spent donating your services, there were some wonderful gifts given. We as an Enrichment board would love to have your comments-good/bad about how the activity went. There were quite a few sisters who would like to see it done again next year. But we need your feedback to make it better. We know we're not perfect and improvements are needed.
I'd like to quote Pres. David O. McKay from this month's Ensign magazine: "True happiness comes only by making others happy--the practical application of the Savior's doctrine of losing one's life to gain it. I truely believe this. I know that I am happiest when I am able to help and serve others, it brings a light into my life that I'm not able to find anywhere else. It is the light or Spirit of Giving.
