Super Saturday Information

Super Saturday is November 1st from 8:30-1:00 p.m. These are the crafts we are offering...the pictures are just examples from other blogs...you can view them in the cultural hall on Sunday.

72 hr kit in a can-This contains food for enough food to sustain you for 3 days. All you have to do is add water. Ingredients e.g. cup-a-soup, oatmeal, hot cocoa, fruit snacks, jerky, etc. You seal this in a number 10 can. It is enough for 1 person. $10.00/can

Tile Coasters-These are 4x4 tiles that you would stamp an image on, spray with clear coat, apply felt to the other side and use as drink coasters. Set of 4 is $6.00. Leah Fish will be teaching this class. TBA.

Family Home Evening Boards-A 3 ft.board that has the words Family home Evening on it with vinyl lettering. It also says lesson, treats, opening/closing prayer, music, scripture. There are tags (rectangle shape) that hang on nails with the family members names on them. The boards come in black, burgandy, brown. They are sanded also. You apply the vinyl lettering. Cost:
$10.00-board, lettering family names. $17.00-board, lettering, family names, rope, nails(these are special order square headed), (no tags-you get your own, in case you'd like to have hearts, stars, etc.) $20.00-board with everything.

Families are Forever Boards-This is also vinyl lettering you rub on. It is your Surname in block print with the phrase "Families are Forever" in script applied across the surname. Same colors offered as above. These come in 2 Ft and 3 Ft lengths. 2 ft.-$10.00/3 ft. -$15.00

Glass Etching- This is done on a pyrex baking dish you would bring. It could also be a candle voltive. You trace your name or whatever you like onto contact paper (in reverse order) and stick to the bottom of your pan. You then cut the letters out with an exacto knife. Then you apply an etching gel or powder (I don't know what they ended up with) for a few minutes, rinse and ta-da! your pan is personalized. Great gift idea with some brownie mix for Christmas. Bring you own dish-$4.00
